  • Identifying and prospecting potential clients in the IT industry to generate new business opportunities.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Understanding clients' specific IT needs and requirements and presenting appropriate solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Collaborating with the technical team to design and propose customized IT solutions for clients.
  • Creating and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals to key decision-makers.
  • Negotiating and closing deals, while ensuring that the terms and conditions align with company policies and profitability.
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential areas of growth and expansion.
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve targets and revenue goals.
  • Participating in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to promote the company's services.
  • Requirements:-

  • Proven track record of 3-5 years in IT business development or related sales roles.
  • Strong understanding of IT services and solutions, with the ability to comprehend technical concepts and effectively communicate them to clients.
  • Demonstrated success in generating new business and expanding customer base.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a result-oriented mindset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field. An MBA would be an advantage.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend events.
